DRIVEN Team

Deborah Goldstein, Founder

Deborah Goldstein, recovering restaurateur, has been working with motivated professionals since 2009 as an executive coach and workshop facilitator with customized live and virtual programming. She is certified in Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ®) and Diversity Coaching (through CDI and Howard University).

It’s Deborah’s personal mission to support professionals in realizing their greatest career and personal potential. She works one-on-one with clients and she partners with whole organizations to build cultures of trust, alleviate workplace stress, and empower teams and individuals to optimize their productivity.

Deborah believes that true potential can be realized when aspirations are aligned with values, and intentional practices are employed continuously. Her coaching is built on a foundation of neuroscience, which is fundamental to emotional and mental energy. Her role is to act as a proverbial guardrail and thought partner, helping clients stay on course yet remain flexible enough to pivot, thereby maintaining resilience and resolve.

Deborah has been featured on Bloomberg Surveillance, and is a frequent contributor to Forbes and Iris. She is also on the Global Advisory Council of IMPACT Leadership 21, the NYC Leadership Council of BIAAG, and the Board of Directors at SEEK Safely.

Deborah considers herself to be DRIVEN’s best student, embracing a fluid work-life rhythm that allows for her devotion to creating ‘fresh market cuisine’, physical and emotional fitness, continual growth and gratitude.
