Real Talk/Real Food provides participants the opportunity for frank discussion in an intimate, safe setting about a predetermined topic that can profoundly affect personal and career aspirations. During this June’s discussion over dinner, we’ll dig into the topic of Difficult Conversations. It seems that some women are reluctant to engage in such conversations, while others who DO engage tend to do it badly. We’ll investigate the social psychology and biochemistry involved when having these tough talks, and co-create methods to prime others before such discussions, turning negative news into future opportunities.
