Although everybody may be guilty of procrastination, not everyone is a card-carrying procrastinator. You might be one, however, if you:
-Always file your taxes late or shop for Christmas gifts on Christmas Eve
-Pull all-nighters to get projects done
-Get easily distracted
-Feel a thrill waiting until the last minute to begin something
-Always feel the sudden desire to rearrange your sock drawer each time a big project needs to be started
Talk about a HUGE energy draw! Procrastination is at the top of the list, whether you’re a chronic procrastinator or you have a mild tendency to procrastinate. Regardless of how you slice it, when you push things off, you waste energy. Furthermore, you don’t do your best work, you jeopardize your immune system, and you can jeopardize your relationships.
