Practices primarily in the area of representation of financial institutions in structured finance transactions including issuances of mortgage backed and asset backed securities and collateralized debt obligations. Also practices in the representation of the trustee in connection with unit investment trusts of various sponsors.
Stanley Goldstein, Goldie’s Father
Stanley Goldstein, a graduate of Erasmus Hall High School and Brooklyn College, was the founder of Goldstein Golub & Kessler a successful accounting firm now a part of McGladrey. He has invested in early stage companies since retiring from accounting. Among them are: Gerson Lehrman Group, Quadriserv, go2net, Clear-Serve and Binary Event Network.
In the non-profit world, Mr. Goldstein was the founder of The New York Hedge Fund Roundtable, American Friends of James Joyce, Donors’ Forum and served on the CrimeStoppers Committee of the NYC Police Foundation.

A captivating speaker, she is renowned for her skill at convening and leading provocative panels.

Marcia Nelson, Practice Growth Manager, Anchin, Block & Anchin
Marcia S. Nelson is a Practice Growth Manager at Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP. As a seasoned business developer with more than 10 years of experience in professional service firms, she specializes in the areas of private clients and family offices, trusts and estates, and alternative investments.
Marcia founded Anchin’s Deals & Divas network for executive women in real estate, private equity, and alternative investments, and also started a monthly networking group, Commuter Cocktails, for Anchin’s hedge fund practice. Marcia is on the NYC Advisory Board of Women in the Boardroom, and on the Board of Trustees of Turtle Bay Music School. She is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), where she serves on the Programming Committee, and she is a member of the Estate Planning Council of New York City. Eric Rytter is a Partner and Chair of Dorsey’s Private Equity Practice Group. His practice focuses on advising private equity funds, other financial sponsors, their portfolio companies, and international corporate entities on a broad range of legal issues and transactional scenarios, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, leveraged acquisitions, growth equity investments, financing arrangements and other corporate advisory matters. He has extensive experience advising on corporate and M&A issues relating to financial restructuring and reorganization, as well as investments in distressed situations and transactions. He also has experience with private equity and venture capital investments in China and the broader Asian market, as well as the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
