Springtime is Your Cue to Be Intentional!
Looking back through March, DRIVEN spent these first glorious spring days offering abundant resources on two fronts: a professional’s relationship to Stress, and Women’s History Month. If you missed any part of it, it’s not too late to investigate!
During our probe into Stress, mainly through our March 2nd article Give Yourself Some Space, I offered you the opportunity to transform your kneejerk response to stress from one of worry into one of growth. To accomplish this, it’s vital to acknowledge that some level of stress is good, but that chronic stress becomes dangerous. My article shares valuable bits of advice from DRIVEN clients about managing stress during the pandemic era and is generous with stress-relieving techniques and resources. Read it HERE.
On the Women’s History front, my Deeper Insights article provides the motherload of resource links to various media covering suffrage & equality, feminism, Black Women’s history, women in leadership roles, breaking the glass ceiling and more, featuring compelling podcasts, web articles, TED Talks, books, movies, NPR segments, and even an enlightened song about the double standard faced by women, written and performed by a man who was far ahead of his time. Access the article HERE.
Additionally, a mention goes to last Tuesday’s weekly DRIVEN emailing on Habit, which featured a charming and imaginative End-of-Day-Postmortem, contributed by a generous colleague. If it wasn’t in your inbox, link to the message HERE and discover the magic of reflecting upon four important components of your day.
Looking ahead through April, Productivity will be explored through a few new lenses. For most professionals, the solution to productivity shortfalls is to Be Intentional. This requires examining your own patterns and acknowledging when, for instance, you’re not allotting yourself enough mental space for creative thinking. You can start with our currently-posted blog article It’s Spring, Be Intentional, wherein I invite you to use intentionality to enjoy springtime as it unfolds. This baby step toward applying intentionality to your life and career will boost your productivity in ways you hadn’t dreamed possible.
Then, expect a weekly e-blast from me to help you fine-tune your productivity one step at a time. And finally, when you feel ready to make the ultimate commitment to intentionality, invest in the affordable and highly effective DRIVEN e-course, IP:12. It has changed the lives of many DRIVEN clients, and could be the best decision you’ve made all year! Learn more HERE, and keep an eye on that inbox.
Cheers!
-Deborah Goldstein

Refamiliarize Yourself With DRIVEN Pros!
Given the pivots that DRIVEN has recently made due to client requests and COVID-19, the nature of our offerings had become a bit unclear. Consider checking out This is DRIVEN, which gives some context to our work within organizations and with individuals.
Transparency Equals Sustainable Culture.
In Chapter 6 of the book Changing Conversations For A Changing World, compiled by the European C-IQ Collective, author Ute Franzen-Waschke writes about Transparency as a key characteristic of what makes for good leadership and builds corporate cultures.
