Wine Tasting - The Perfect Blend of Education and Socializing… with a Touch of WOW.

Oh, I do love planning a party. And this one's gonna be a SERIOUS affair!  -Goldie

Wine: Demystified

On Wednesday, June 26th Super Star Sommelier Claire Paparazzo will join Deborah Goldstein to take the adventurous amongst you down the path of wine empathy.

This educational look at wine practices is ideal for anyone who dines out for business...or has shown interest in the nation's new favorite sport - dining out. Join us if you want to live your richer moments more richly. You can, by educating yourself!

What do you do when your bottle of wine arrives at the table?

Do you know what you're examining for when the server pours you a sampling of the wine you ordered?

We'll explore the restaurant wine ritual, and provide insight into what characteristics should raise a red flag when tasting the first sip of your ordered bottle.

80% of Taste is Smell!

Do you enjoy wine, but don't know how to describe what you like?

The first step is to open your mind to a very important aspect of tasting wine: smelling wine!

We've got a killa' sensory exercise lined up!

WIne & Food Pairing: actually not so scary!

Shy about pairing food and wine? Once you realize what it takes to make a food and a wine both taste better when enjoyed together rather than when consumed individually, there's NO stopping you!

And there was no stopping us when designing the menu to pair with the six wines we'll sample! Come HUNGRY...
